- The Special Interinstitutional Committee (from here on S.I.C.) consists of 5 Academic Staff members or Researchers or contractors from each of the two collaborating Institutions, who will be appointed by the responsible collective bodies. Zoe Gavriilidou, Professor at the Department of Greek Philology of the D.U.Th. is appointed Chairman of the S.I.C.. Athanasios Drigas, Researcher A’ of N.S.C.R. “Demokritos” is appointed Vice-chairman of the S.I.C.
Pinelopi Kambaki-Vougioukli, Professor at the Democritus University of Thrace,
Dr. Dionisios Loukeris, Advisor A’ of the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs,
Dr. Zoe Karabatzaki, associate of N.C.S.R. “Demokritos”, I.I.&T./NET MEDIA LAB.“ are appointed members of the S.I.C.
Zoe Gavriilidou, Professor of the Department of Greek Philology is appointed Director of the programme.
The Programme Director term in office is 2 years and can be renewed.
Apart from its jurisdiction, the S.I.C. is also responsible of organizing, coordinating and implementing the Study Programs as well as the selection and appointment of the Programme instructors.
The Postgraduate Programme can be implemented in the facilities of the Department of Greek Philology of the Democritus University of Thrace at University Campus of Komotini, or in the facilities of the National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos”, in Agia Paraskevi, Athens.
